So I have decided to start blogging about what I am doing these days as I have some HUGE goals to obtain...
Goal #1. Work out 6 times a week, every morning before work, and then on Saturday mornings-sometimes with my brother. Sunday-Church and then play with Ariana.
Goal #2. Lose 20 lbs by April 30th (started March 5th)
Goal #3. Lose 100 lbs by February 1st, 2012.
Goal #4. Goal weight 155 by WEDDING!! Oct 13, 2012
Goal #5. Get married to Nick Suhr
I started the 8 week program at Snap Fitness March 1st. So far I have lost 13.6 lbs. I have been seeing a dietician as well! I had a minor set back right after I started the program, I got that nasty bronchitis...cold...flu crap that hung around for 5 weeks. I tried work through it but didn't get as far as I wanted. Now that I am better I can go all out.
I went to the gym this morning with my brother for 45 minutes. I was able to run for more than a minute at a time!! It has taken me awhile to work up to this but I'm getting there!! I haven't been able to run since before I was pregnant-if then even. I weighed in, it was 317.6, so I was up a little this week. I worked out Tues, Wed and Thurs am. I need to kick it up a little more I think. I have a lot of homework to do so I better get moving on that!!
